This automatically generated message signals that Wei Yan has nominated
JingwenShen as a Committer on the birt project. The reason given is as

I would like to nominate Jingwen Shen as a BIRT committer. Jingwen Shen
joined BIRT in March 2008. She has contributed a lot to BIRT report engine
component.

During the past times, Jingwen Shen's contributions are mainly in following
areas:

1. Excel emitter
2. Word emitter
3. Power Point emitter
4. Daily building issues


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 53 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
