Kanagaraj,
BIRT is translated into French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and
Simplified Chinese.
So the language pack contains only these 6 languages.
There is no plan to add additional languages.

I am using the BIRT for the reporting in my project and found there are
different Language Packs are provided with BIRT.
But that doesn't have the support for the Tamil (One of the Indian
Classical language).
So, would you please let me know the possibilities of adding a new
Language Pack for the Tamil?
