The BIRT development team are pleased to let you know that BIRT 2.3.1 Release Build (build number: 20080922-1151) is now available for download.

 

 

2.3.1 release build <20080922-1151>can be downloaded from the BIRT download page: http://download.eclipse.org/birt/downloads/build.php?build=R-R1-2_3_1-200809221151

and  http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/

2.3.1  All-In-One/Reporting EPP package is available for download at: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-java-and-report-developers/ganymedesr1 as well.
