[birt-dev] Blank Report as top Book-mark

Hi,

My apologies if this is not the right place to ask this question... but 
I have been googling for the answer without much success...

We have created some BIRT reports that when launched from within the 
report designer produce correct PDFs but when launched at the server 
side get added a "Blank Report" top bookmark (to the table of contents). 
That is, on designer we get:

-A
-B
-C

and on server side:

Blank Report --A
                    -- B
                    --C

Where is this "Blank Report" coming from? Is there a parameter/flag that 
has to be passed to the PDF render to disable this? Or is this something 
that has to be specified on the reports themselves?
