[birt-dev] Updated build instructions

Hi,

I was running into a runtime error in the BIRT engine servlet, which
finally managed to solve. However, I am not sure it was tackled in the
right way.

Can anyone point me to up-to-date build instructions for the current CVS
trunk?

I believe such information can be useful for other developers as well.

The most recent instructions I am aware of, apply to V 2.1.1 and are
