RE: [birt-dev] FW: BIRT and WAS Issue
|
Thanks Schalk,
Yes we that particular jar is available under WEBINF/platform/plugins
directory, and its getting exploded properly also upon deployment.
And we are setting config.setEngineHome(""); in our birtengine.
Are we missing something here?

Subject: Re: [birt-dev] FW: BIRT and WAS Issue
Greetings Deepak,
We have successfully deployed the BIRT engine on WAS 6.1 as an EAR.
There are a lot of plugins involved with the engine however.
If you look at the very last line you will see that it looks for the
following .jar file:
plugins/org.eclipse.birt.core_2.1.3.v20070705-1847.jar/
After this line it states that this cannot be resolved. So this must
mean it is not in the BirtEngine.war when exploded.
Not at the office right now and I am not 100% sure where these live but
I believe it is either in WEB-INF/plugins, WEB-INF/platform, or int the
WEB-INF/lib. Is the engine war unpacking successfully?
Regards,
Schalk Neethling
