Hi,
I'm getting a "Connection timed out" error when I try to check out
Birt from the CVS repository using Eclipse. I'm following the
instructions in
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/build/buildInstructions.php#checkout

Host  	dev.eclipse.org
Repository path 	/cvsroot/birt
User 	anonymous
Connection type 	pserver
Use Default Port 	Selected
