A regression problem (#203189) regarding to BIRT visibility issue was only partially fixed in that build. However it was resolved and verified in later build, v20070914-1548.

Thanks for your great effort. 2.2.1 Stable build <20070914-1302> has passed smoke tests and regression tests. Project leads and PMC members please check out the stable build and response if it can be released as the BIRT 2.2.1 RC Build.
