The BIRT <20070625-0630> build download packages contain an older version of DTP 1.5 release.  Please replace with the DTP Europa release version: 

http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/datatools/downloads/1.5/dtp_1.5RC4a-3.zip

 

Note the correct DTP features have the version "1.5.0.200706221"

This might also affect the version of feature dependencies on the Update site.
