Dear BIRT project committers,

This is an email to request your vote on our recommendation of a new committer for the BIRT Designer project. Zhongbo Li is willing to contribute to the BIRT project.

Zhongbo has already contributed to following features.

PPT emitter
Static html emitter
The new preview prototype.
Report table/xtab layout algorithm
Adapt new SWT widget into BIRT designer

In addition, Zhonbo has resolved some important bugs and enhancements of designer project.

We recommend Zhongbo Li as a committer for the BIRT project.
