[birt-dev] Checkin: fix bugs 189705 Several model enhancement

ComputedColumn should support all possible aggregation functions.

- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 189705 (partly)

- Description:

1. added more aggregation functions to ROM.

2. added constants in DesignChoiceConstants.

3. revised MetaDataDictionary.getFunctions() for above changes.

4. updated test cases.
