Summary:
Bugzilla Bug 188544 The display text of parameter's defaul value is not refreshed after changing its datatype and default value[]

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 188544

Description:
If change the parameter data type, the cached parameter display text should also be ignored.

Fix it.
