Description:
The new wizard icons supplied for the BIRT ODA profile wizards are 32x32, while all the other profiles supply 16x16 icons. This causes the smaller icons to be enlarged, making them appear fuzzy.
Replaced icons with 16x16 ones. Also replaced the ODA JDBC new wizard icon with the default ODA plugin icon, instead of the file-based data source wizard icon.
