Summary: Fix several minor chart builder bugs

Description:

1. Use String "A" with designated Font instead of fonteditor.gif icon.

2. Tick/un-tick "isCategoryAxis" checkbox will refresh Scale and Gridline popup sheet.

 

Tests Description: Test Manually.
