Patch review request for bugzilla 168018 - Incorrect
class object synchronization...

Hi, I would like to request a patch review for
Bugzilla 168018.  This trunk patch uses an alternative
file id generation method to address the scalability
issues in HTMLServerImageHandler and
HTMLCompleteImageHandler.
