[birt-dev] Daily build <20061228-1604> is ready to be voted as BIRT 2.2.0 M4 Build, but unable to upload to Eclipse BIRT download area

Fellow BIRT committers,

Thanks for your great effort. Daily build <20061228-1604> has passed smoke tests. It is ready to be voted as BIRT 2.2.0 M4 Build. But we are unable to upload this build to Eclipse BIRT download area due to the Internet issues that the SHA office is facing. The Internet issues are caused by the recent Taiwan earthquake. When the daily build <20061228-1604> is available on Eclipse BIRT download page depends on the Internet recovery.
