Description
if user do any changes in library xml source, and switch to layout, the library file can be saved, but the layout dose not refresh. and try to select the previous selected element. If the element does not exist any more, it throws an NPE.
That's because we don't reload the moudle and not refresh the viewer
This bug has been fixed on Sep.18th in 2.2.0 , but not checkin in 2.1.2.

 

This time only checkin to 2.1.2.
