[birt-dev] API change request to simplify the render option setting & appcontext cascading.

Both renderOption and appContext should be cascaded. The user can define those properties in both engine level and task level. The task level setting should override the engine level setting.

 

The changes requested simplify the appContext/renderOption settings.
