[birt-dev] API change request: Add Hyperlink Action APIs

Title: API change request: Add Hyperlink Action APIs

Expose the IActionInstance API and IDrillThroughInstance for script codes. So user can update bookmark, hyperlink action and drillThrough action in these three report items: date item, label, image.

For fix bugs:
156481 -- Dynamically assinging the report in Drill-Through concept.
155171 -- Disable link while display the report in pdf format.
