Bugzilla Bug 156084 __bookmark doesn't work in pdf with frameset servlet

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 156084

Description:
Don’t support “__bookmark” in pdf format.

When build drill through url, if format is pdf, then append “#bookmark” directly.
