Summary:

An enhancement for last check-in. When automatically created column binding _expression_ in BIRT, the library namespace should not be included in the _expression_. Hence, provided utility methods to get the data set name without library prefix. This is only a part of fix for this bug. Other changes will be made.

1.    Added getDataSetNameWithoutPrefix in ExpressionUtil.

2.    Removed codes to get the result set name with library namespace.
