[birt-dev] CheckIn: Bugzilla Bug 155848 [Regression] Can't preview joint dataset which is extended from library in HTML/PDF -- partly fixed in Head 2.2 and branch 2.1.1

Summary:

When automatically created column binding _expression_ in BIRT, the library namespace should not be included in the _expression_. Hence, provided utility methods to get the data set name without library prefix. This is only a part of fix for this bug. Other changes will be made.
