[birt-dev] CheckIn: bug 152542 Supports user-specified link of an ODA Data Set Parameter to a BIRT Report Parameter in head 2.2 and branch 2.1.1

Summary:

Problems in DataSetParmaeterAdapter and ReportParameterAdapter resulted in this problem. Fixed related algorithms in two adapters.
