Summary Modified codes corresponding to Engine's changed API.

Description:Modified the previous getting "root TOCNode" directly as Getting TOCTree of the ReportDocument by assigning the output format and locale firstly; and then getting the root TOCNode through TOCTree's method "getRoot()".
