[birt-dev] API change request -- ModuleHandle.

After refined the fragment resource search feature, the obsolete property “symbolicName” is no longer in use. And since this property is added recently, it is hardly used outside Model team. So I suggest to delete the getter/setter on ModuleHandle, and delete the property in ROM.
