Bugzilla Bug 154803 [regression]Cannot render document to user defined path through __document parameter

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 154803

Description:
If only set __document parameter and can’t find file, then throw exception. If also set __report parameter and can’t find document file, then use defined path to output document file.
