Subject: [birt-dev] API change request : Add exception indicating that an unsupported format is provided.(bug 145915).

 

When user runs report with an unsupported format like http://name:port/run?__report=test.rptdesign&__format=unsupportedFormat. Engine will throw a special exception, UnsupportedFormatException, so that Viewer could know what happened and provide user a meaningful message.
