Summary Style of template item can become gray

Description
Formerly, apply sytle action was enabled if selected elements( one or more) are all report element.
Now, this action is enabled not only if selected elements are all report elements, but also they all can have style (by DesignElementHandle.getDefn().hasStyle() ).
