Summary: [Accessibility] Can't use keyboard to access the color builders on Series Palette in chart builder.

Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 144118

Description:
When the focus is on the Palette Entries, press "Enter" key to focus the single Palette Entry, then press "Arrow_Down" to open the drop down composite.
"Arrow_Up" and "Esc" could close the drop down composite.

Tests Description: Test Manually.
