Dear BIRT project committers,
This is an email to request your vote on our recommendation of a new committer for the BIRT project. Houqiang Yan is willing to contribute to the BIRT project. Houqiang has already been active in the BIRT community helping to solve some performance related issues. Also, he has been using BIRT for a long time and reported a couple of important Bugzilla bugs. We recommend Houqiang as a committer for the BIRT project.
