[birt-dev] BIRT public API changed in RC3 causes integration failure wit

As outlined in  http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Callisto_Plan_Summary#RC3_.2823-May.29
TPTP RC2 should be compatible with BIRT RC3.  

I have gone through an integration test
 with TPTP RC2 and BIRT RC3.  A public API has changed in BIRT
RC3 as outlined in bug 142789 (https://www.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=142789).
 This is causing an integration failure between TPTP RC2 and BIRT
RC3.  

This public api change needs to be addressed.
