135466 Inconsistent display in Web viewer, HTML and PDF

This issues stats several visual differences between PDF and HTML. It is caused by the incomplete implementation of CSS in PDF.

The last comment list the support level of the styles used in the test case. Move to RC4 for continue supporting.
