Fix bug 139263

[139263]: org.eclipse.birt.report.data.adaptor plugin has incorrect spelling

- Description:
Change the project name of org.eclipse.birt.report.data.adaptor to org.eclipse.birt.report.data.adapter, and meantime change the API name of *adaptor* to *adapter*.  Several projects related with this issue are updated.
