[birt-dev] CheckIn: bug 139415 [acceptance][regression]NPE when copy and paste table column

Summary:

UI depends on Model event sequence to update UI. Changed the event sequence when copy/paste columns to avoid NPE.

1.      Revised codes in LayoutCompoundRecord, ActivityStack and LibraryCommand.

2.      Updated test cases.
