[birt-dev] CheckIn: Bugzilla 134018 Report item in extended master page lost when refreshing the report

Summary:

When called reloadLibrary(), extended master pages were not resolved.

Description:

1.    Fixed errors in LibraryRecord.

2.    Updated test cases.
