Summary:

 Fix 131250 -- keep parameter values and not ask users to input every time.
- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved: 131250

- Description:

In the first time, Viewer request users to input parameter values and save them in the document file. In the

Second, viewer will read the values from the document file and not ask users to input again. However, if users

want to run the report, whenever the parameter request dialogue will pock-up.
