[birt-dev] CheckIn: Exclude DTP ODA plugins in buildDependency. Fixed bugs in backward compatibility in bound data columns

Summary:

Do not create backward compatibility of bound data columns with the report version “3.2.0” or higher.

Removed DTP ODA plugins in buildDependency.

Description:

1.    Do not create backward compatibility for the version “3.2.0” or higher.

2.    Revised the build scripts.

Tests Description : Junit test and Manual tests.
