The base DTP oda plugin has been split into 2 separate plugins.
Please see below revised list of DTP plugins needed by BIRT.

In the latest CVS source for BIRT 2.1 RC0, it requires additional DTP plugins due to further integration with DTP ODA design-time framework.
See below for the updated list of DTP plugins.
You can either get their plugin binaries (for the time being) from BIRT daily build, ... or, get the corresponding source from DTP CVS /cvsroot/datatools/
