It seems that it is not
build environment issue too. This issue reproduced on other developer’s
machine.
Today’s 1st
rolling build is going which started 10am. It uses the latest code. The result
is different with today’s daily build which started 6:30am.
If the rolling build is OK,
maybe this issue is caused by other check-ins. But it is hard to trace which
check-in caused this issue because not all check-ins are companied by check-in
message.

The error causes by can
import "import org.eclipse.core.runtime.Platform" .
Please check the build
enviroment for that's standard eclipse plug-in. Obeiously that not code's
problem.
