Title: BIRT 2.1 RC0 Development - More ODA Plugins

In the latest CVS source for BIRT 2.1 RC0,  it requires additional DTP plugins due to further integration with DTP ODA design-time framework.

See below for the updated list of DTP plugins.
You can either get their plugin binaries (for the time being) from BIRT daily build, starting from tomorrow's build... or, get the corresponding source from DTP CVS  /cvsroot/datatools/
