I think so. I have searched the report design and find that there is no pageBreak defined in the design.

Is this because we changed the UI behavior, i.e., we used to set page-break-interval to 50, but recently changed it to 0?

124583: 3 Page Report in RC2 is only a 1 (long) page report in 20060118 Build

 

This is a regression. We need to have it fixed for BIRT 2.0.
