to 124251, need to intercept server side exception to pin down the error
component.

I propose to fix the following bugs for BIRT
2.0:
124251: the
data cann't be
exported.
124270: [Regression] Problem in Report
Scalar Parameter
124271: [Smoke] Can
not preview report scalar parameter in web vi...
124236: Template report items corrupt report design
124269: [regression] chart could not
be displayed when Enable SVG Chart is ticked
Reasons are:
124251: data export doesn't work expected when
the table item is defined in a library. We need to have this fixed.
124236: this will cause imcompatibility
issue for template report items if we don't fix now.
124270, 124271, 124269 are serious regressions. We need
to have them fixed.
