For this part code created by Jun, we don’t know all detail about it.

Looks we let eclipse browser to handle the target. When SWT try to access the system browser by native code, a error happens for this case.

1) This BUG is a known one and it is never been fixed, see

      https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=122870 Eclipse 3.0: Set hyperlink blank to other report, preview(Layout), can not take effect.

2) It only occurs in Eclipse 3.0

3) It is hard to fix

 

 

So I suggest moving it to future or won’t fix.
