Bugzilla Bug 124073 [RCP] Save action failed after delete data source definition in XML source.

Code changes in XML source editor will fail layout editor in RCP package.

This is a problem happens in RCP package only because of a problem of notification mechanism.

Easy to fix and the codes are there in IDE editor and tested for a long time.
