- Summary: Move data explorer back to report perspective for RCP plugin.

- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved:Rollback changes of bugzilla item 123050.

- Description: Previously I send a request to remove the data explorer view from report perspective ( bugzilla item 123050). Looks this change causes lots of issues we can find time to resolve now. I think maybe we’d better to add data explorer view back for now and enhance it later in 2.1. By this way we have enough time to resolute those issues.
