[birt-dev] Request to move data explorer back to report perspective

Previously I send a request to remove the data explorer view from report perspective ( bugzilla item 123050).

Looks this change causes lots of issues we can find time to resolve now. I think maybe we’d better to add data explorer view back for now and enhance it later in 2.1. By this way we have enough time to resolute those issues.
