I propose fixing following items for BIRT 2.0 final

123540 Regression: NPE is thrown out in property editor.  

123515 Outline should change focus only when item is clicked

After discussion, we only do this for DND of data item from outline view.

Bugzilla Bug 123380 Change default location of Outline view in report design perspective

Change the default location to place the outline view under palette view.

Bugzilla Bug 123404 Pre-define style shouldn't be listed in the style list

Hide pre-defined styles for property editor.
