I propose fixing following bugs for BIRT 2.0 final.

1. Bugzilla Bug 123346     Undo does not refresh Theme in Property Editor.

Theme event is a new event type need to handle in property editor.

2. Bugzilla Bug 123350 Bad tooltip on Clear local properties button in Property Editor toolbar
