I propose to fix following bugs:

1. Bugzilla Bug 122869    Drag a parameter from data explorer view into
a table in library, a new parameter is created automatically.

Check if the parameter is in the same file can avoid this problem.

2. Bugzilla Bug 122946     Change wording in the dialog prompting for
template element instructions.

3. Bugzilla Bug 122948     Change wording in step 3 in New Report
Wizard.

The last 2 are request to change message files.
