- Summary: Bugzilla Bug 122480 It is difficult to edit the properties of a library root element with Property Editor

- Bugzilla Bug (s) Resolved:Bugzilla Bug 122480

- Description:
1. click on library root elemtn in outline shows the library root properties in Property Editor.
2. Click on gray rectangle in the main editor window shows a blank Property Editor.
3. The dark gray area outside the white rectange in the main editor are margin area of library root element. So we still show the properties in Property Editor. This is the consistant behavior as report designer.
